Amazon EBS Volume Clones Add Cross‑Account Copy with Re‑Encryption

Amazon Elastic Block Store now lets customers copy EBS volumes between AWS accounts, optionally re‑encrypting them with a KMS key in the target account. The feature works for all volume types and is available in every region that supports Volume Clones.
